Virtual Vacation – itinerary

Arrival Experience

We’ve arrived on your virtual vacation! After a 30-minute private boat ride from Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport on Tortola, Oil Nut Bay’s arrival dock and the turquoise waters of the bay beyond are in sight. Experience the warmest of welcomes from the Guest Services Team as they get us acquainted with this secluded slice of paradise that will be home for the next week. Let the adventure begin!

Snorkel ONB reef

Day one. Well rested and rejuvenated, we are ready to explore the resort’s pristine, protected bay. In an effort to safeguard Oil Nut Bay’s surrounding waters, reefs and an array of resident marine life, the immediate expanse of water off the Oil Nut Bay beach is designated marine sanctuary. Join us to meet some finned and flippered friends who call it home.

Cocktail Tasting

A day of Beach Club R&R where we can laze on a luxury lounger, indulge in a good book and take leisurely dips in one of three pools to cool off. Fancy meeting up at the bar for a drink? Resident mixologist Glen Massy has a something fresh, fruity and a little flirtatious to share. We’ll save you a seat.

Marina Villa Open House

As well as an exceptional place to vacation, Oil Nut Bay offers some of the most prime real estate opportunities Caribbean-wide. The Marina Village and Villas are the newest addition to eight unique neighborhoods, and now boast three completed, custom homes. We didn’t want to pass up an opportunity to peek inside. Neither should you.

Hobie Sailing Adventure

As the sailing capital of the world, it would be nothing short of senseless to take a virtual vacation to the BVI and not experience the water from one of Oil Nut Bay’s Hobie cats. No experience? No problem. Oil Nut Bay has you covered. Hop aboard for a North Sound sail and a glass of bubbles on one of the neighboring islands.

Beach Side Snack

This week’s virtual vacation activities have worked up an appetite! Oil Nut Bay is known for its al fresco dining and contemporary Caribbean cuisine. Who better than resident chef Jermaine Abrams to craft something sumptuous to snack on? No one. Where better to experience such deliciousness than under a palm tree with your feet in the sand and a glass of rosé in your hand? Nowhere. Bon appetit!

Sunset Hike

This afternoon we’re taking a final sunset hike to celebrate what has been an exceptional escape. Care to come along? We are planning to stop by the Horse Park to say hi to Maddison and some of her furry and feathered four-footed friends. As well as a refuge for you and I, Oil Nut Bay is also a sanctuary to some curious creatures. Ever met an emu? Us neither! See you at the stables for the perfect end to your virtual vacation.
