New Neighborhood leads to Sales

New neighborhoods and new homeowners. With Oil Nut Bay’s announcement of their newest neighborhood, the Ocean Villa’s, sales have soared. While three out of seven of Oil Nut Bay’s most recent sales have been from the new, Ocean Villas neighborhood, there are many contributors that play into their recent sales boost.
