A serene beach with white sand and clear blue water. Two tall palm trees stand near the shoreline, and a sailboat is seen in the distant ocean under a partly cloudy sky. The vibrant colors create a relaxing and picturesque scene at the edge of Oil Nut Bay, reflecting Sustainable BVI Development principles.

The North Sound Foundation

After a 6 year search to 13 different countries, our founder, David V. Johnson, decided on Oil Nut Bay to build “a development that would literally change people’s lives.” In this spirit of gratitude, the Johnson’s created the North Sound Foundation in an effort to help support the local Virgin Gorda community.

Written by C-Suite Quarterly, the foundation’s continued efforts and commitment to making a positive impact on the community’s livelihood, is highlighted in this feature about Oil Nut Bay and its founder.
