Investor interest in the Caribbean is still high, as hoteliers push forward to restore their properties. Trust in the region builds as hotels bounce back for this Winter season, reports The Wall Street Journal.

David V. Johnson, the developer of Oil Nut Bay, contributes his thoughts, sharing how the Beach Club Restaurant, Marina and watersports activities would be ready for guests and the public this month, and villa rentals in March.

Mr. Johnson also shared exactly how started to restore immediately following the storm to ensure the property would be ready for guests to return as quickly as possible.
