New Heights in Hospitality

Oil Nut Bay is delighted to announce that Anica Roch, an internationally recognized hotelier who has worked in the luxury hospitality industry for 14 years, has joined the Oil Nut Bay team as the Hospitality Manager!

Specifically interested in front of house operations,
Anica has been intrigued by the service industry and traveling since she was young. Following her passion, Anica has worked at luxury resorts all over the globe, most notably in Switzerland, the Maldives, Anguilla, and The Middle East.

Anica will oversee the Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Reservations Departments in her new role at Oil Nut Bay. She is most excited about getting to incorporate real estate in with her ever growing hospitality background. Her favorite thing about working in this industry is getting to meet people from all over the globe and the opportunity to create unforgettable memories for people spending their most valuable asset with us – their time!

In her free time, Anica loves to dance, cook, and of course travel. If you ever see her walking around the property, she would love to say hello and chat!

Q: What is a vacation or trip that changed you?
A: My visit to Cuba as I picked Salsa dancing back up after my first visit. In general, all countries I’ve visited have changed and impacted who I am as a person! Learning about different cultures, food, and mentalities helped me appreciate the world and life more.

Q: If you could trade places with someone or an animal for a day who would you choose and why?
A: I would love to switch with sea turtles as the underwater world is just so beautiful. Turtles are so elegant and I would love to understand what life is like for them.

Q: If you could only have three apps on your smart phone what would they be?
A: WhatsApp, LinkedIn and my Banking App!
