Development
Oil Nut Bay is a luxury multi-generational community developed on 400 acres in the beautiful island of Virgin Gorda. The resort features a wide array of amenities and facilities, including the Beach Club, restaurant, three pools, Wellness Studio, tennis & pickleball facilities, Nut House Kid’s Club and Nature Center, Sundara Spa + Studio, Marina Village, Nova Restaurant and the Pavilion.
Over 50 Villas and Suites are complete, but we advise guests that there is still development activity occurring on property as additional villas are being constructed. Activity will vary depending on the time of year. Please inquire with our reservations team should you have further questions.
Rates
Daily rates are in US dollars. A 10% Resort Fee and 8% Service Charge are added to all suite and villa rates and all resort services. An 18% Service Charge is added to all food and beverage related charges.

Maximum Occupancy
Maximum Occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom. Maximum additional persons per Suite or Villa is one (1) young adult 12-17.99 years in an extra bed OR one (1) child 2-11.99 years in an extra bed OR one (1) infant 0-1.99 years in a cot. Occupancy and age restrictions may vary by villa. Please inquire at time of booking for rollaway pricing.

Transfers & Ferries
If arriving into Beef Island Airport (Tortola), ferry transfers to Oil Nut Bay are $500 for up to 4 people, $600 for 5-8 people, $700 for groups with 8 -12 passengers and $900 for 12 or more passengers one way. (35-45 minute transfer time). This price also includes a short taxi ride from the airport to the ferry dock. To ensure transfers to and from Oil Nut Bay, please communicate your travel details to our Guest Services team. If arriving by way of another island or if helicopter transfer is preferred, Guest Services can assist with the arrangements. Cost of transfer will be conveyed upon the confirmation of arrival details.
Exclusive VIP Services are now available for our guests traveling through Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (EIS) in Tortola. Please inquire with our Concierge for rates and to book.

We are proud to operate an internationally approved heliport at Oil Nut Bay, with onsite customs & immigration clearance – exclusively for our guests. Our dedicated Concierge team can help coordinate your transfer from St. Thomas, Tortola, San Juan, as well as several other neighboring islands.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A deposit equal to 50% of the total (inclusive of the government tax and fees) is due at the time of booking. The balance of the rental rate is due no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date (60 days prior for groups of 3 or more suites/villas and 90 days prior for all festive bookings). For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for groups of 3 or more suites/villas and 90 days prior for all festive bookings), a 100% deposit is due at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if any payment is not received when due hereunder, and in this event, the Client will be deemed to have forfeited the Deposit. Payment can be made by wire transfer or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Client is strongly urged to obtain insurance for protection against certain risks associated with travel, including but not limited to Client’s inability to complete the reservation contemplated by this Booking Agreement. Any cancellations or requests for changes to the booking (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons in a group) must be made in writing.
VILLAS & SUITES
- 31 days before arrival: a full refund of the 50% deposit will be granted
- 30 days or less before arrival, no shows and early departures: will be charged at 100% of total reserved nights per villa
GROUPS OF 3 OR MORE SUITES AND VILLAS
- 61 days before arrival: a full refund of the 50% deposit will be granted
- 60 days or less before arrival or no shows and early departures: will be charged at 100% of total reserved nights per suite & villa
FOR ALL SUITES, VILLAS AND GROUP FESTIVE BOOKINGS (INCLUSIVE OF DEC 25 or DEC 31
- 91 days before arrival: a full refund of the 50% deposit will be granted
- 90 days or less before arrival or no shows and early departures: will be charged at 100% of total reserved nights per villa
Children
Children of all ages are welcome at Oil Nut Bay. Children’s menus are available in the Beach Club and Nova restaurants. The Nut House Kids Club, playground and Nature Center offer a variety of activities for children 5 years and older. For children under 5 years of age, babysitting/nanny services can be arranged.
Signature Services
Oil Nut Bay is proud to offer a wide variety of additional services including but not limited to provisioning, private chefs, butlers, nannies, spa treatments, boat and equipment rentals and custom activities. Pricing is available upon request for all additional signature services.
