While not on-island, homeowners have the option to enter their villa into Oil Nut Bay’s exclusive Rental Management Program, allowing others to experience their dream stay. The Rental Management Program can also help balance or offset your investment and maintenance expenses. We take care of everything for you so you have no worries when you return to Oil Nut Bay.

  • One of our longest standing architectural partners, OBMI has design a wide variety of villas at Oil Nut Bay including Hummingbird, Poseidon’s Perch, Compass Rose, and Utopia to name a few. OMBI designed each of these stunning villas to tell the story of the island.
