Wellness Studio

Oil Nut Bay’s sunny climate, natural settings and exhilarating outdoor adventures can inspire a renewed dedication to a healthy lifestyle. The Wellness Studio is conveniently located in the center of the resort and is open 24 hours a day. Furnished with a full-range of cardiovascular equipment, treadmills, elliptical cross trainers and free weights, there is no limit to your workout. A beautifully detailed studio for yoga, aerobics and pilates, complete with reformers, also awaits.

 

 Yoga

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic form of yoga that will get your heart rate up and build strength and flexibility all at once. Expect a good workout. Beginners through intermediate. 1 hour

Hatha

One of the most ancient forms of yoga, this discipline focuses on poses being held longer periods of time which encourages strength building and mental focus. 1 hour

Hike/Yoga Fusion

Hike to a stunning location with an incredible view and lay down your yoga mat. Length of class depends on length of hike. Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, including hike

Privates or semi- private yoga classes

Custom yoga classes in your villa (or spot of choice) for 1-3 people. 1 hour or 1 hour and

30 minute classes available
