Oil Nut Bay is a perfected mix of island seclusion and community.

David V. Johnson
Chairman of Victor International,
Developer and Resident of Oil Nut Bay

I decided that the rest of my life was going to be dedicated to creating unique generational communities in harmony with nature. I’m proud of the ones I’ve created along the way, but my masterpiece is Oil Nut Bay. When I saw Oil Nut Bay, my heart exploded. And I said, 'this is it.'
