Getting to the BVI

We’re here to make your travel to Oil Nut Bay an enjoyable part of your overall experience. Find the flight option that works best for you, whether you’re coming from North America or across the pond.

There’s plenty of options for getting to Virgin Gorda from North America:
- Fly into San Juan (SJU) from many cities, including D.C., Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte, New York and more. From there, you can charter a helicopter directly to Oil Nut Bay (and clear customs & immigration onsite) or take a local airline to Tortola (EIS) or Virgin Gorda (VIJ) and hop on our private boat.
- Fly directly to Tortola (EIS) from Miami during peak season–with flights in from LAX, DFW, PHL and more–and then take a short ferry or helicopter ride to Oil Nut Bay.
If you’re coming to Oil Nut Bay from Europe, reach the BVI by:
- A connecting flight to San Juan (SJU) and then taking a local airline to Virgin Gorda (VIJ). Enjoy a boat ride from there to Oil Nut Bay or charter a helicopter flight for a thrilling experience (and clear customs & immigration onsite).
- Fly privately to Tortola (EIS) and take a ferry or helicopter to Oil Nut Bay.
- Enjoy a commercial flight from London to Antigua (ANU) and then fly over to Tortola (EIS), where you can hop on the ferry or a helicopter.
Virgin Gorda Airport (VIJ) and Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport in Tortola (EIS) are the closest airports to Oil Nut Bay, but there are also flight options from Cyril E. King Airport (STT) in St. Thomas. Fly direct to St. Thomas and then take a private boat charter or helicopter ride to Oil Nut Bay.

We will arrange a short (5 minute) taxi ride from the Tortola airport to the dock, where our private boat will escort you to Oil Nut Bay in just 35 minutes.
