What is the cancellation policy?

For villas (excluding Festive), 31 days before arrival a full refund of the 50% deposit will be granted. 30 days or less before arrival, no shows and early departures, you will be charged 100% of the total reserved nights. What medical services are available?

Oil Nut Bay offers an Emergency and Concierge Medical Program led by Dr. Genzel with a rotation of physicians and nurses throughout the season. There is an onsite clinic with emergency response equipment. The medical team works closely with Peebles Hospital on Tortola as well as the Clinic on Virgin Gorda.
