Assistant Engineer
Job Overview
The Assistant Engineer will provide technical and operational support to ensure the efficient, reliable, and safe operation of all utility infrastructure across the property. This role requires hands-on involvement in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting with system upgrades and new installations. Proficiency in using tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance management systems. Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills. Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities. High attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in utility plant operations, maintenance, or engineering support—preferably in a hospitality or resort setting. Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). Strong working knowledge of water treatment systems, electrical networks, and solar power systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call duties. Must be physically capable of performing hands-on maintenance and operational tasks.
