Assist at trade shows, onsite, and offsite events as directed by the Real Estate Director. Act as a brand ambassador and representative at all times. Nurture buyer relationships. Maintenance of real estate listings, villa history, anti-money laundering documentation, and more. Remain informed about real estate (customer profile, competitive set, industry trends, customer trends, etc.). Conduct role and assigned duties in line with department standard operating procedures (SOPs). Sales closing process: liaise with legal counsel, executive assistant, and Director of Real Estate to ensure efficient turnaround of documentation including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Participate in social functions and identify networking opportunities. Attend resort meetings as necessary. Attend island training as necessary. Positively represent the team and support operations where necessary (i.e., Jetty for arrival/departures). Act as a positive ambassador for Oil Nut Bay through our values. Perform any other duties as required. Comply with all laws and regulations within the British Virgin Islands as well as any company policies and procedures for combating money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation of funds.

Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar luxury/real estate environment. Energetic self-starter with a personable, mature, positive, friendly demeanor and ‘can-do’ attitude. Highly proficient in MS Office and ability to extract data and compile professional reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. CRM experience beneficial but not mandatory (Salesforce).
