Job Overview

Real Estate Associate

The Real Estate Associate executes the Sales Strategy as directed by the Real Estate Sales Manager & Director. Manage lead inquiries as directed by the Real Estate Director. Manage lead and client records in Salesforce or similar CRM system. Conduct tours with leads generated via marketing activity, day guests, and rental guests. Collaborate with the sales administrator and marketing team on lead generation. Act as a liaison between the Real Estate Manager, Chairman, and Real Estate Director where appropriate. Assist at trade shows, onsite, and offsite events as directed by the Real Estate Director. Act as a brand ambassador and representative at all times. Nurture buyer relationships. Maintenance of real estate listings, villa history, anti-money laundering documentation, and more. Remain informed about real estate (customer profile, competitive set, industry trends, customer trends, etc.). Conduct role and assigned duties in line with department standard operating procedures (SOPs). Sales closing process: liaise with legal counsel, executive assistant, and Director of Real Estate to ensure efficient turnaround of documentation including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Participate in social functions and identify networking opportunities. Attend resort meetings as necessary. Attend island training as necessary. Positively represent the team and support operations where necessary (i.e., Jetty for arrival/departures). Act as a positive ambassador for Oil Nut Bay through our values.
