The British Virgin Islands has begun to move ahead with repairs and preparations to accommodate the many persons who wish to vacation in the territory. They have revisited the runway extension project of the Terrence B. Lettsome International airport. The project will see the runway at the airport being extended from 4645 feet to about 7100 feet so larger aircrafts can land in the territory.
