Oil Nut Bay is a luxury multi-generational community being developed on 300 acres in the beautiful island of Virgin Gorda. The resort center, infrastructure and all resort amenities, including the Beach Club, pools, Wellness Studio, Tennis Facilities, Nut House Kid’s Club and Nature Center, along with 12 villas and suites are now complete. However, we advise guests that there is still development activity occurring on property as additional villas are being constructed. Activity will vary depending on the time of year. Please inquire with our reservations team should you have further questions.
Daily rates are in US dollars. Rates are subject to a 10% BVI government accommodation tax. A resort fee of 15% covers access to resort facilities and services such as the Beach Club, pools, Wellness Studio, Nut House, Nature Center, Palm Center business facilities, Tennis Courts, Pickle-Ball Courts, watersports equipment, mountain bikes, hiking trails and resort-wide access. A 3% service charge is collected for our staff.
An 18% gratuity is added to all food and beverage checks. Room service is available upon request.
Standard occupancy is based on double occupancy per bedroom. For additional beds in the villas there is a charge of $95 per night for a twin bed. Infant cribs are available for $50 per night. Please inquire about maximum occupancy for each villa and suite at the time of reservation.

If arriving in to Beef Island Airport (Tortola), ferry transfers to Oil Nut Bay are $110 per person one way with a minimum of two passengers (35-45 minute transfer time). The rate will not exceed $550 for groups of 5+ and includes a short taxi ride from the airport to the ferry dock. To ensure transfers to and from Oil Nut Bay, please communicate your travel details to our Guest Services team. If arriving by way of another island or if helicopter transfer is preferred, Guest Services can assist with the arrangements. Cost of transfer will be conveyed upon the confirmation of arrival details.
Oil Nut Bay offers scheduled ferry transfers between North Sound locations between 6:30 am and 11:00 pm. Transfers are $20 per person, round trip.
Private transfers and captained boats can be arranged with advance notice. Please contact the concierge for additional details.
A deposit equal to 50% of the total (to include the government tax, resort fee and service fee) is due at the time of booking. The balance of the rental rate is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date (90 days prior for Holiday bookings). For reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival date, 100% is due at the time of booking. Payment may be made by wire transfer, credit card or certified check.
For cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days prior for Holiday bookings), 20% of the reservation total will be forfeited. For cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the total reservation will be forfeited. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any possible losses due to unforeseen circumstances and trip cancellation.
Minimum-stay requirements and special deposit and cancellation policies apply to the Christmas, New Year’s periods and regatta periods. Please contact reservations for complete details.
Children of all ages are welcome at Oil Nut Bay. Children’s menus are available in the Beach Club Restaurant. The Nut House Kids Club and Nature Center offer a variety of activities for children 5 years and older. For children under 5 years of age, babysitting services can be arranged.
Oil Nut Bay is proud to offer a wide variety of additional services including but not limited to provisioning, private chefs, nannies, spa treatments, boat and equipment rentals and custom activities. Pricing is available upon request for all additional signature services.
