Get adventurous and explore the islands with a curated picnic basket prepared by the Beach Club Restaurant chefs. Charter Oil Nut Bay’s ferry to Prickly Pear Island, the North Sound’s uninhabited national park just opposite Virgin Gorda, or indulge in a trip to The Baths National Park. Meet our Culinary Team
Executive chef and pastry chef Lenny Sorce’s prior experiences most recently include being head chef at Riverbend Restaurant at American Club Resort in Kohler, Wisconsin. Previous to this he was broadening his culinary horizons in Berlin where he worked for 3 years, and Bonn, South Germany for 2 years.
Sous chef Jermain Abrams, who goes by Brother, grew up in Guyana, but his specialty and foundation is Asian cuisine. Having worked at Biras Creek Resort for 13 years with many stages at local restaurants like CocoMaya, he brings a fusion of Caribbean and Asian flavors to the Oil Nut Bay kitchen.
