As a Titanium Club member you are entitled to:
- The use of a boat slip up to 25-feet in size at the Oil Nut Bay Marina located in Deep Bay, OR 25 hours in a Club Boat with a licensed boat operator for day boating.
- Waiver of two years of fees, dues and assessments for the Resort Club at Oil Nut Bay and the Oil Nut Bay Property Owners' Association.
- Enhanced economic benefit and Enterprise Value should you choose to participate in rental management. As a Titanium Club member, the net rental proceeds are split 65% to the Founder and 35% to the Developer instead of the standard 50/50 split.
