As a Titanium Club member you are entitled to:
- The use of a boat slip up to 35-feet in length at the Oil Nut Bay Marina located in Deep Bay for a period of one (1) year from closing, OR 20 hours in a Club Boat with a licensed boat operator for day boating.
- Waiver of one year of Membership fees for the Resort Club at Oil Nut Bay and the Oil Nut Bay Property Owners' Association Base Assessments.
- Enhanced economic benefit and Enterprize Value should you choose to participate in rental management. As a Titanium Club member, the net rental proceeds are split 60% to the Founder and 40% to the Developer instead of the standard 50/50 split.
