There's no doubt that when you come to Oil Nut Bay you'll be awed by its natural beauty.  But you'll also be impressed by the seamless operation of its infrastructure network.  We carefully developed and constructed this network so that utilities would not intrude or interfere with the surrounding land and sea.  The end result is a quietly powerful and state-of-the art infrastructure that respects the environment.

Oil Nut Bay's infrastructure is deceptively clever.  Chances are you'll never be aware of how all the elements hum and work together.  But, you will appreciate their sophistication, efficiency and capabilities.  At Oil Nut Bay you can rest easy knowing that the infrastructure is robust.  It's eco-friendly.  And, it will accommodate your desires for luxury and comfort.

When you turn on the lights or your faucet at Oil Nut Bay, you probably won't think much about it- and that's by design.  Together with BVI Electric Company, we've installed state-of-the-art underwater and in-ground electric power distribution systems.  This network can generate 2 MW of power.  That's enough total power to keep every electrical device, light, appliance, and machine at Oil Nut Bay on and fully powered in over 100 homes, at the same time.  We're also producing fresh water from salt water with two Reverse Osmosis units that are installed onsite.  This fresh water is, in turn, supplied to all Oil Nut Bay home sites through a system of underground pipes that utilize strategically-placed pumps and header tanks to regulate water pressure.

Oil Nut Bay's infrastructure network has been designed to minimize its imprint on the planet.  Our engineering teams carefully planned and implemented systems that are mindful of the environment.  Oil Nut Bay has also developed a thoughtful water conservation plan.  To help conserve water, we're collecting rainwater from roofs for landscaping and irrigation.  This allows processed, recycled rainwater to be repurposed for Oil Nut Bay's irrigation needs.

Connectivity is another example of engineering that you might not see, but that you will definitely appreciate.  We have multiple resources in place to accommodate your telephone, cell phone, internet access and broadcast television desires.  And, our work with leading TECLO partners from around the globe is focused on keeping you connected.
