The Infrastructure.
Arrival Dock: The Arrival Dock is complete. From the moment you step off the boat, you'll be greeted with a cold drink and a refreshing cool towel. One of our Oil Nut Bay team members will be delighted to tour you through our community.
Roads: Notice that the roads have been paved with concrete that's a warm caramel color to blend beautifully with the surrounding landscape. The Ridge Road to the new Villas under construction is complete and other sections of road are underway.
Beach: Bring your children with you to play on our gorgeous white sand beach, which is fully operational and staffed. Our beach attendant can assist you with the equipment for sailing, snorkeling, kayaking and windsurfing.
Beach Club: There is no way to miss our dramatic multi-level, multi-functional Beach Club -- the social center of Oil Nut Bay. The finishing touches are being made as travertine is installed and flowers are planted. The Beach Club's opening is in December 2010, and we can't wait to show you the pools, lounge area, outdoor bar and grill, plus our other facilities for casual and private dining.
Eco-conscious infrastructure:
- Our desalinization plant is up and running! With this plant, we are making fresh water and providing nourishment to our new landscaping.
- The underwater electric cables have been installed, and we are in the process of running lines to the home sites throughout Oil Nut Bay, with over two miles already complete.
- Coming next is construction for the Nature Center and the Kids Club-Nut House. These two unique centers offer activities, fun, adventures and learning for the entire family.
