Rental Management

Oil Nut Bay owners will have the ability to participate in a rental management program designed to find screened weekly to monthly renters. By agreeing to participate in the program, owners become eligible to receive hotel aid. Under the Hotel Aid Ordinance, import duty exemptions on various building materials and equipment are available. 

Housekeeping Services

Housekeeping services are available according to individual needs. From light dusting and laundry services, to full-service daily cleanings and bed service, our professional staff will help you determine how we can best serve your needs.

Whether you choose a quiet dinner for two in the community, or a day of exploring off of the island without the kids, our carefully selected caregivers are eager to lend a nurturing, helping hand.

Chef Services

Our chef services are a perfect alternative to eating out . Whether you prefer a quiet evening at home, or entertaining within the glorious surroundings of your own estate, we can provide you with a chef for one night, or your entire stay. Our chefs are delighted to help you plan the perfect menu and, if you desire, will see to all the details thereafter, including selection of wines and aperitifs.

Warehouse/provisioning

Oil Nut Bay has the ability to supply your home with fresh groceries and supplies, as requested prior to your or your guests' visit. Give us a list of your personal preferences and we will do everything within our power to have it ready and waiting, just the way you like it.

Ferry Services

Ferry services are available to get you quickly from the airport to Oil Nut Bay, or shuttle you to Gun Creek, where you can use our taxi service to hit the local hot spots or shop.

As the result of the recent installation of a cellular tower at Oil Nut Bay, cellular and Blackberry Edge services are now available throughout the community, allowing you the ability to be as connected as you choose to be.
